ABOUT

I am from Detroit, Michigan, and have three children and two dogs. I've been an instructor in the classroom for twenty-six years with the first ten years of my experience having started in Detroit Public Schools and the subsequent ten following my move to Atlanta in 2001. After relocating to the city of Atlanta, I taught at Tri-Cities High School for VPA Magnet and later found my home at Frederick Douglass High School. I'm excited for the upcoming school year, and looking forward to seeing the beautiful faces of our teachers and students. Go Astros!
